Lauren Geisser

Lauren M. Geisser focuses on catastrophic injury, personal injury, automobile accidents and employment litigation. Her litigation practice provides the opportunity to aggressively pursue automobile accident matters, dog bite cases, premises liability matters, including slip and fall injuries, along with all other types of personal injury cases. Ms. Geisser also represents employees in all employment litigation related matters such as the Family Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act claims, and Maryland wage and hour claims. Ms. Geisser handles hundreds of cases a year and consistently receives verdicts and judgments larger than what insurance companies had offered her clients. She has been recognized by judges as fierce, well prepared and very thorough at trial.

Awards and Honors

Lauren Geisser was selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are named to the Rising Stars list. She was also selected as a member of the Maryland Association of Justice (MAJ) and the American Association for Justice (AAJ). By request of the Baltimore City Bar Association, Ms. Geisser is a board member of its Lawyer Referral and Information Services Committee.

Education

Lauren graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law after graduating from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Ms. Geisser’s experience in the construction industry prior to becoming an attorney allows her to provide an integrated point of view to premises liability matters.
