How do I know if a birth injury may have been caused by medical malpractice?
A difficult delivery or serious diagnosis does not automatically mean malpractice occurred. Warning signs may include an emergency C-section, abnormal fetal monitoring, oxygen deprivation, an unexpected NICU stay, seizures, brain injury, or explanations that do not seem complete.
