Our story

Charles Gilman and H. Briggs Bedigian co-founded Gilman & Bedigian in October 2012. From the start, the firm has focused exclusively on medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. Today it represents clients from offices in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Texas, and handles birth injury cases nationwide in cooperation with local counsel.

Behind every case is a full team: senior and associate attorneys with extensive civil litigation experience, experienced paralegals, and a dedicated administrative staff. The firm has taken many cases to trial and won some of the largest verdicts in the region.

The dollar amount is not what matters most to us. What matters is making our clients whole and holding the people who harmed them responsible.
