Mary Beth Diaz joined Gilman & Bedigian, LLC in January 2011.
Mary Beth has a Bachelor’s Degree and an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies, with over twenty years of experience. Mary Beth’s extensive paralegal experience is in Plaintiff’s medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
Mary Beth is one of the contacts between the attorneys, clients, witnesses, experts and opposing counsel. Mary Beth has extensive knowledge of the litigation process and has assisted in handling numerous cases which have resulted in multi-million-dollar settlements and verdicts.
Mary Beth is responsible for running the firms intake department and typically the first point of contact for new clients.
Mary Beth is a client’s first point of contact with Gilman & Bedigian, LLC. Mary Beth guides clients through the initial stages of their cases including answering questions about their injuries, property damage and the legal process. She undertakes a thorough investigation of the client’s claim after speaking with the client. The investigation includes learning about the scene of the accident, obtaining police reports, determining if the client will have a lien to resolve, and updating the firm’s state of the art case management system.She is your point of contact for whatever questions you may have about your case in its initial stages.
